Ivoclar Vivadent created Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill Syringe Refills, a novel light-curing composite resin that is mostly utilized for restorations on the back of teeth.  This product, which comes from the nano-optimized Tetric N-Collection, has a number of special benefits.  Notably, Tetric N-Ceram simplifies the restoration process by enabling single-layer restorations in posterior teeth with cavities up to 4 mm thick.  Its unique feature is the use of a patented light initiator called "Ivocerin," which improves the curing process considerably over traditional initiators.  Polymerization becomes quicker and more effective as a result.  A shrinkage stress reliever has been incorporated to address shrinkage and shrinkage stress issues, enhancing the stability and longevity of the restoration. 

In order to maximize efficiency and save dental professionals valuable chair time, the material can be filled in 4 mm increments and cured using blue light with a wavelength between 400 and 500 nm.  Class I and Class II posterior tooth restorations, primary tooth restorations, Class V restorations, and preventive restorations in molar and premolar teeth are just a few of the dental applications for Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill.  These attributes make it a valuable tool for dentists seeking effective, esthetic, and time-efficient solutions for their patients.

 Posterior tooth restorations (Class I and Class II).
 Restoration of primary (baby) teeth.
