Kids-e-Dental Lateral Incisor Crowns
The Kids-e-Dental BioFlx Crowns are the first-of-their-kind flexible, durable, adaptable, and aesthetic pre-formed crowns designed specifically for pediatric use, merging the advantageous features of both stainless steel and zirconia crowns. Created by a pediatric dentist from India, these crowns present an innovative approach for tooth-colored restorations in children. BioFlx crowns deliver an optimal full-coverage solution for extensive decay, fractured or damaged teeth, hypoplastic teeth, and teeth with developmental disorders. They are also effective in restoring decayed or compromised primary teeth when less invasive options are inadequate. These crowns utilize self-adaptive technology, enabling them to conform in areas of slightly elevated occlusion. With a radiopacity of around 1mm, they allow for a clear assessment of crown edges and pulp capping materials. Laser markings on the inner occlusal side facilitate easy identification and enhance aesthetic appeal. Their robust yet flexible structure ensures straightforward placement and a secure fit, while the sandblasted intaglio surface improves retention with self-setting RMGI and GI cement. BioFlx crowns can be fitted using a bite stick and may be trimmed with crown and bridge scissors if needed.
